Our vision

We are committed to continuing the ministry that Jesus began 2,000 years ago preaching the only gospel, making disciples based on the faith of the Son of God.

Our faith is not a philosophy or an opinion.

Faith in Jesus Christ is not something that changes ideas but rather it changes lives.

Declaration of Faith

WE BELIEVE

  • That the Scriptures, the Old and New Testaments, are the inspired word of God, without error in the original writing, the complete revelation of his will for the salvation of man and the divine and final authority for the Christian faith and life. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

  • In one God, creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1, Colossians 2:9)

  • That Jesus is true God and true man, being conceived through the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Then He rose bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven where at the right hand of the Father He is now our High Priest and Advocate.(1 Corinthians 15:3-4, 1 John 2:1, Luke 1:35)

  • That the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and to convince man of his sin, to regenerate the believing sinner, to indwell, guide, instruct and empower the believer for a holy life and service.(John 15:26, John 16:7-14)

  • In all the gifts of the Holy Spirit according to the Word of God. Gifts that men cannot give, only the Holy Spirit. And they must be applied as the Word of God teaches. (1 Corinthians 12:1, 11 and 14:39-40)

  • That man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost. (Genesis 1:27, Romans 5:12)

  • That the shedding of the blood of Jesus Christ and his resurrection provide only justification and salvation for all who believe and that by receiving Jesus Christ they are born of the Spirit and become children of God.(Hebrews 9:22, Romans 5:1, John 3:3, John 3:16)

  • That the Lord's Supper and Baptism in water by immersion are ordinances to be respected by the church during this age. On the other hand, these are not seen as a means to salvation.(1 Corinthians 11:23-26, Matthew 28:19-20)

  • That the true church is composed of people who through saving faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and baptized into the body of Christ of which He is the head.(1 Corinthians 12:13, Ephesians 4:1-6, Titus 3:5)

  • And we value the institution of marriage according to the word of God (The Bible) Man-Woman.(Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:5, Ephesians 5:31)

  • That only those who are members of the true church are eligible for membership in the local church.(Acts 2:47)

  • That Jesus Christ is Lord and head of the church. (Ephesians 1:22, Colossians 1:18)

  • In the personal and imminent coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and that “blessed hope” has vital importance in the personal life and service of the believer. (Acts 1:11, 1 Thessalonians 4:14-16, 1 John 3:1-3)

  • In the resurrection of the dead of those believers to eternal blessing and joy with the Lord and in the judgment of the unbelieving and final punishment.  (2 Corinthians 5:10, Revelation 20:15, 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9)
